Sandra Carrillo MD

As a Specialist in Cannabinoid Based Medicine and President of the Colombian Medical Cannabis Association (ASOMEDCCAM) , Dr Carrillo is an international speaker on cannabis medicine in more than 20 countries. International Advocate ( Participant in the draft of the Project 153 for legaization of Medical Cannabis with the Senators in Panama recently approved). Assesor of  Ministery of Health Panama for  the Reglamentation of Medical cannabis law.

She currently serves as Professor in charge of the Scientific Program of Medical Cannabis Faculty of Medicine University of Panama.
